Is the quote the price I pay?
Yes, As long as you provide correct details of waste items and the amount we honour our quotes.
I don’t live in the county Durham area can i still use you for my waste removal?
We still accept jobs from other areas, including; Sunderland, Gateshead and many more surrounding areas. Let us know your postcode and we will let you know it never hurts to ask.
Where does my waste go?
The waste we collect is sorted and categorized into recyclable and nonrecyclable. It is then taken to the appropriate recycling or disposal site. We do our best to minimise what goes to landfill.
How/when do i pay?
You can pay by cash or bank transfer whichever works best for you. You pay when the job is complete. For full house clearances and larger jobs we ask for 10% of the quote to be paid upfront and the remainder on completion. For rolling contracts with businesses a direct debit can be put in place.
